At LiberNovo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LiberNovo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
